Welcome to BURBANO. This website is operated by BURBANO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BURBANO. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE ONLY
BURBANO is an exclusive online retailer based in Ontario, Canada. We do not maintain a physical storefront, showroom, or fitting location. All purchases are made online only. In-person services and local pickup are not available.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS & SIZING
Corsets are specialized garments. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors precisely.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size based on the Size Guide provided. BURBANO is not responsible for incorrect size selection.

SECTION 4 — FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to hygiene and the intimate nature of corsets, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds.

Size exchanges may be permitted subject to availability and must comply with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. BURBANO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.

SECTION 6 — TAXES, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Canada: Applicable provincial and federal taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • United States: Applicable sales taxes, if required, will be calculated at checkout. No customs duties are charged to customers.
  • International (outside Canada & USA): Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, logos, and content on burbano.ca are the exclusive property of BURBANO. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BURBANO shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the use or misuse of our garments, including incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

SECTION 10 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
