SHIPPING POLICY — BURBANO
At BURBANO, each piece is part of a limited-run collection and shipped with the utmost care. All orders are shipped from Canada. We offer secure, tracked shipping across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
BURBANO is a 100% online retailer. We do not offer a physical storefront, in-person fittings, or local pickup.
1. Processing Time
-Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping
-Shipping transit time is separate from processing time
-Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidaysDuring limited drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
-Canada: Applicable provincial and federal taxes are calculated at checkout
-United States: No customs duties are charged to customers
-International (outside Canada & USA): Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
-If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
4. Tracking Information
-Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
-Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate
5. Incorrect Address
-Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
-BURBANO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
-If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
6. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
-If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
-Once an order has been shipped, BURBANO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control
-If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BURBANO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
-Signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders
8. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at:

9. Shipping Disclaimer
Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external factors are outside of BURBANO’s control and are not grounds for refunds.
