At BURBANO, all corsets are limited-run, exclusive garments. Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY
We only offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:
-Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
-All tags must be attached
-No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or odors
-Item must be returned in original packaging
-Corsets must be tried on over undergarments only
-Size exchanges are subject to availability.
-If the requested size is sold out, the exchange cannot be completed.
-Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
-Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
-We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not offer:
-Returns
-Refunds
-Exchanges for different styles
-Exchanges for different colors
-Exchanges for sale items
-Exchanges for limited edition drops
-Exchanges for items showing signs of wear


SHIPPING COSTS
-Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for size exchanges
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service


CUSTOMS & DUTIES
-Orders shipped to Canada and the United States: No customs fees for customers
-Orders shipped outside Canada and USA: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees


PROCESSING TIME
-Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
-Shipping transit time is separate from processing time.


COLOR DISCLAIMER
-Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
-This is not considered a defect.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
-Please inspect your order upon delivery.
-If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


SHIPPING ADDRESS
-Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
-We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.


REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
